Welcome to Frasify ("Frasify," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any related online products or services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Overview

Frasify is an AI-powered English learning platform designed to help learners improve naturally by analyzing text, extracting phrases, and providing contextual explanations, practice prompts, and conversational examples.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to consent to online services, to use the Service. By using Frasify, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to:

Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Frasify only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Service to develop or train competing products or services.
Upload, transmit, or store harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides explanations, translations, and conversation examples generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may not always be precise, complete, or suitable for every context. You understand that you are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and that it is intended for learning support, not professional, legal, or medical advice.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some features are available only through a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Premium"). By subscribing, you authorize Frasify and our payment processor (such as Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

We may change pricing or features from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing or features.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and code, are owned by Frasify or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

8. User Content

When you submit or upload content, such as sentences, notes, or feedback, you retain ownership of that content. You grant Frasify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process the content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from use of the Service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frasify and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
